The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to not stay the execution of Humberto Leal, an illegal immigrant from Mexico that was convicted of the rape and murder of a 16 year old girl in Texas. President Obama tried to appeal to Texas Governor Perry to save the perverts life. Really? Really? If I was Rick Perry my response to Obama would have been go F--- yourself and mind your own business. Humberto's appeal was based on the excuse that he wasn't given access to the Mexican Consulate. Are you kidding me, not one denial about raping the girl or smashing her head with a piece of concrete, or leaving a POLE penetrating her. No his rights as an illegal alien were violated because we didn't allow him access to his diplomats. Fry you son of a bitch.......
Update: Well, justice was served. He admitted the deed in all of it's gruesomeness. What an absolute waste of taxpayer dollars to keep this jerk on death row for 17 years.
